Beverly Cooperative Bank is hosting a free Seminar
for First-Time Homebuyers
BEVERLY, MA – MARCH 19, 2009 –– Beverly Cooperative Bank will be hosting a free Seminar for First-Time Homebuyers interesting in learning more about finding the right home, securing financing and attractive options from MassHousing including 3% down opportunities.
Speakers will include a real estate broker, home inspector, representative from MassHousing and mortgage specialist from Beverly Cooperative Bank.
The free seminar for First-Time Homebuyers will be Tuesday, April 7, at 6:00 to 7:30 pm, in the Community Room at our Salem office. Light refreshments will be served.
First-time homebuyers who attend will receive $750 off closing costs if they receive their mortgage by applying online at beverlycoop.com.
