BEVERLY, MA JUNE 4, 2009 During its recent annual meeting, Beverly Cooperative Bank elected three new corporators: Lee Dellicker, Ellen Kaplan, and Jayne Rice.
Mr. Dellicker is president of Windover Construction in Manchester, Massachusetts. He currently serves on the Manchester School Building Committee, the board of directors of Local Leaders, LCC, and the board of trustees at Montserrat College of Art.
Ms. Kaplan is founder and president of Possibilities@Work, a sales, marketing and consulting firm in Peabody. She currently serves on the boards of the North Shore Technology Council and the KatyDid Foundation. She is also a co-founder of the Resource Collaborative.
Ms. Rice is managing director at Brookwood Securities Partners, a private equity, real estate investment firm in Beverly. She currently serves on the board of trustees and as president of the Parents Association at Brookwood School. She also served for ten years on the board of the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston and is a member of the Corporate Board Resource Committee of The Boston Club.
